Interaction Recruitment needed to rebrand their website and in doing so, be able to provide one place to advertise their client's job vacancies and promote their services to clients. They also needed to be able to offer candidates a way to apply for vacancies online. Most importantly, in posting vacancies to their website, they needed a system that automatically posted them onto national job search sites such as Reed.co.uk and JobSite.co.uk.

SOLUTION OVERVIEW:
Interaction Recruitment approached Crushed Ice with their new corporate branding scheme and with a list of functions that were required for their new website. In looking at what was required and their current in-house processes, it was decided that Interaction Recruitment required a bespoke website solution that could be integrated with their current job posting tool, Logic Melon, in order to automatically post vacancies to multiple job search websites.

The website was developed with a Job Board search function, enabling candidates to filter vacancies that are queried directly from the Logic Melon system
